Dolby Atmos is barely noticeable even after multiple ADAPTiQ setups. Music and movies sound fine but nothing amazing. We use Alexa through it and the microphone is extremely thin when announcing. The other rooms have trouble hearing what is said through it. Many reviews say you need the Bass 700 module to make this sound good. I seriously doubt that is the missing piece. If you are looking for a simulated surround sound solution without the need for all the extra speakers, this isn't it.

Ive owned the Bose Smart Soundbar 700 for years, so to upgrade to the 900 seems to be inevitable. But I was expecting a minor change. I do feel like it is more immersive than before. There is a height adjustment in the Bose music App and I do feel like it makes a difference. This was a nice change for me and I am very happy with this upgrade.
