    Pros: - Sounds pretty good. Cons: - Instructions weren't very clear - A mount is not included (sold separately) despite the fact that most sound bars are probably mounted - It connects with Alexa, however, it can't be added to groups if you have other Amazon speakers (i.e. echos) Is it worth $700, probably not. I think my TV sounds just as good, if not better. Granted, I purchased the Samsung QLED 85".

    It was a great product....really loved it! Our experience with Best Buy and their price is awesome. I seldom do reviews and when I do, I really mean it because it's genuine.

    Not worth the money. Speaker is always losing connection. You have to be resetting it all the time or unplugging it from the wall. You can only control it from the app. The remote is a joke. Bose is not what it used to be.

    I have several Bose Soundbars throughout my home and best one yet. The price is excellent now that the new 900 is out. The appearance is minimalistic and sleek looking. Great buy!

    The Devil is in the details—and Duck is the guy to get there. This purchase replaced my Bose Lifestyle system. He listened to my wants, desires, and uses and guided me through the process. He is a valuable asset to Best Buy!

    Sound quality is very good but only complaint is it will not work some times you have to unplug and plug it. It is really annoying. Hope bose will fix this

    This was easy to hook up to a bass module and TV. Streaming via bluetooth and Airplay works smoothly. It was a little confusing to pair with a headset because you have to do it through an app. I’m very happy with my purchase.

    Have always loved Bose products. Bought this along with the 700 sub to upgrade my Yamaha soundbar/sub combo. Loved everything about the sound except…that it really struggled turning back on after fast forwarding or pausing live tv, Netflix, or Prime Video. My Yamaha never did that with the same HDMI Arc setup. Spent hours trying to get in touch with Bose to assist. Just kept redirecting me to updates which it had (took 4 hours to update). Extremely glitchy with surprisingly poor customer service so I returned it. Just waiting on my Sonos to be delivered.

    Bose connection issues strike again

    For being Bose you would think they would have their stuff together. I'm only giving it 2 stars since it sounded really good when it worked. I had connection issues from the start and then had some scratching noises at times where there was a bad connection. Bose and bluetooth seem to always be an issue for some reason. This is not the only Bose product I've had with bad bluetooth connections.

Please check for other electrical devices near the soundbar. Also, try to remove the pairing of the soundbar from your phone and reboot your phone.     sales person/consultant, Mike Reed, answered all my questions and was very helpful in the selection process for the right soundbar/tv for my situation . Geek squad to set up/fine tune on the 17th. In the mean time I have it up and running and it is sounding great.

    I don’t know about this soundbar. Had issues w my Bose 700 so I returned and upgraded to this one. My issue. This soundbar produces no noise way tooo often. Once in a blue moon would be alright but constantly having to unplug to fix is annoying. Maybe I got a bad unit but this has been beyond disappointing. Called Bose and they did offer to send a new one but I will return to BestBuy. I have surround speakers and bass module so I am kind of stuck w Bose otherwise to duplicate w Sonos I would have to spend $2000. Not willing to do that just yet.

    It was definitely a good product in the beginning, or until it started having connection issues with my tv. I tried all I could to troubleshoot the problem and still didn’t work.

    Great help at the Best Buy location to select the items I wanted to purchase. Professional all the way. The installation men from the Geek Squad were just as professional and completed the process. They were very helpful going over the different parts installed.
