    Great help at the Best Buy location to select the items I wanted to purchase. Professional all the way. The installation men from the Geek Squad were just as professional and completed the process. They were very helpful going over the different parts installed.

    Beats High End 5.1 surround sound

    Easy to set up. Great sound quality. Replaced a high end 5.1 surround sound system (over $3500) and this is better sound quality. GREAT Customer Service at Bose.

    Decided to upgrade from Bose 300. Wow, what an amazing sound! Easy setup and connection. Very satisfied with purchase.

    Not as great as I expected for the top end bar from Bose. Can’t keep its arc connection so now… drops all the time and then I’ve got to disconnect all devices and tv,etc. to get it to start back again.. pain in the back side to do all the time. Now I’m stuck using the optic connection which means I can only control volume from the Bose remote and it’s not as high of quality sound using optic. Should have got another Sonos Arc IMO. Wanted a Bose system for our basement entertainment room… bummed on this from Bose.

    Love the sound, works great. Only complaint is it randomly disconnects from being able to use voice commands, you have to unplug and replug it back in.

    Did try out the 700 return and get the 900 the sound is must better than 700 must add the bass for better sound

    Sound bar sounds good however I’ll never again purchase any Bose Bluetooth product. I’ve had to return the rear speakers Bose 700 twice in 3 months the last time took 3 months to get a replacement I plugged it in today as I just got it. Guess what no Bluetooth connectivity to the right speaker same issue again. Do not BUY any accessories with this soundbar that cannot be plugged in.

    I am currently using this with LG C2. I bought the module 700 separately from Amazon. I would strongly recommend. However, sometimes the sound is dead when the audio source is changed.

    Have always liked Bose products. Listened to it and a few competitors (of which there are a few) and could not discern much of a difference in the quality of the sound.

    Amazing sound, Faulty CEC, keeps turning on TV

    Setup with Samsung TV, Roku 4k box, and cable box. After a firmware update, soundbar 900 will turn on tv after turning it off. Bose support stated to change CEC to option 6/7. It doea not work. Only way is to disable CEC on either the tv or bose app. Unfortunately the soundbar will not immediately work. One will have to play around with tv settings and bose app to turn it on. I will sell it and purchase the samsung 11 channel soundbar

      It's great to see that you love the amazing sound from the Soundbar. While I understand you are intending to sell the Soundbar for a different model. There are other CEC options that can be tried that can help with unexpected powering on of the TV. I would recommend trying option 3 as per the guide here bose.life/3opkzuY as it could be a power on command issue where when the TV is turned off being bounced back to the TV.

    Probably the best store to purchase higher end electronics in Reno, plenty of stock and knowledgeable staff. I stopped in to by a sound bar for my TV, plenty to choose from and good price.

    Bought an open box but I had to return it coz it won’t connect to my network then exchange for Brand new..it took only 10mins to setup and perfect for my family room..
