However I was not able to create a stable connection over wifi to make it work. The overall speed and router connection points were not the issue, so I sadly returned it. Help desk was not very helpful.

When it comes to Wi-Fi networks these are not all created equal, some settings may need to be adjusted to make sure you have no issues when it comes to setting up your sound bar on Wi-Fi, a list of these settings can be found here https://bose.life/47Uw4M9.

Constant Issues

Constantly having issues with not powering on. There’s no telling you what’s wrong with it when something goes wrong, just series of different flashing lights which you have to decode on the internet. Constantly performing hard resets on this and a general pain since it’s mounted above a projector. I’m surprised because I usually like Bose products, but this is the worst $850 I can remember spending. When it does work it sounds great but I’d just like something reliable at this point. I work with electronics in my career path and can tell you that this is not user friendly.

I spent 2 hours screwing around and if it was Apple it would have been 10 minutes max. I live in New England and I try to support Framingham based, privately held Bose but it is getting to be too hard.
