I'm truly happy with this buy, And thanks to best buy they made it happen real quick, also walked me threw all the installation details.

When it works it is great, Has not worked consistently from the beginning, Going to call to have it replaced, They have been out here to resolve it but not yet. When it works it is great.

Really enjoyed it so far. Looking forward to using it more. My family and friends like the sound of it.

I have many bose speakers. This soundbar is garbage. Often doesn't play audio from any source, audio from TV drops out. I've tried both the hdmi cable hookup, and optical cable hookup. Worst product of boses I've ever purchased. Very, very disappointing. I gave a 952.xx soundbar to my child, because I was sick of messing with it trying to get it to work properly. Last bose purchase ever. And I literally own bose QC 35II's, qc ear buds, 3 soundlinks speakers, have bose in my truck. But, this one experience will prevent me from ever purchasing bose again. Done. Junk. Steer clear unless you want to dedicate lots of time to just trying to get it to work. It's quite embarrassing when you have company over, and have been talking up your new speaker, only to have it cut out and not work at all while watching a movie. Such a dissatisfied customer.

IF you already have the sub and rear, totally recommend getting this 900. Not good as a stand-alone, you definitely need a sub.

I like it but I feel you really need the sub, bar is not enough as stand alone. Set up should be easier.

This unit has a lot of issues. Connectivity issues, all the time which requires me to unplug this unit and plug back in roughly once per week. Bose also forces you to create a Bose account just to set this thin up and for much of the functionality, which is annoying. I have trouble getting the hdmi signal to sync with the unit and have to turn off my tv and sound system to “re-boot” the connection between the two. I want to return this item but I am past the deadline to return it. I have been a loyal Bose user for many years. This thing is a piece of crap.

The audio sound is excellent as with anything else Bose. However, it didn't quite work seamlessly, at least with LG OLED TV. I tried to change the settings to make sure the TV audio source is output through the HDMI eARC, however, more often than not, the soundbar doesn't recognize it. Therefore, no sound is output to the soundbar. I went with another soundbar (Sonos) and have no problems with audio since. If you can make this work with your TV/audio source, it is great. Just didn't work for me.

Had high hopes coming from Bose but instead ended up unsatisfied and had to return it. I know others have had the results I had hoped for but mine wouldn’t even allow me to hook up to my tv or my Bose subwoofer.

Is ok but not for the $$$$$$$$$ is a little pricey

I am very please buying this item now when I am home I can enjoy listening to some good music.
