Thought I was safe after doing research, unfortunately this soundbar has had nothing but issues. Constantly disconnects from my TV, absolutely no support from Bose to resolve. Their instructions are literally unplug it and have a great day. Selling this as soon as I find someone dumb enough to think Bose is a quality brand still.

It took a little bit of time to automatically detect and switch to the various inputs through the TV. However, my TV was also new so was having to figure out multiple devices at once. Along with the Bose 700 Subwoofer, this is a great little setup.

But we wanted better, so we returned it for the 900. And there is a big difference in the sound. And we loved it. It so made it so you could hear the voices so much planer. It’s exactly what we needed.

Have a Sumsung TV? Bose probably won't work.

Got the 900 soundbar, 500 bass, and two satellite speakers. Configuring was quite cumbersome but after day two got it working. Been working so-so for about a week. After one week the Bose remote would only intermittently turn on the TV and only intermittently use the Bose soundbar. Today I can't get it to work at all. Looking at reviews on Best Buy evidently other Samsung TV users encountered the same issue. Whole Bose setup goes back to Best Buy today.

Long time Bose buyer

I’ve been a Bose buyer all my life and have spend thousands of dollars on home entertainment centers to around 5 Bose wave radio. I was so excited when I bought the Soundbar 900. It didn’t sound good at all like I’ve been accustomed too. I return the Soundbar and was really unhappy about my experience. I then had a friend that said that you should have bought the 700 subwoofer with the Soundbar. I went back and bought them both. I was really disappointed because I couldn’t get the Soundbar to hookup to my I phone 12 or the subwoofer. I’m taking them back next week. I guess I will search other Soundbar. What happen to your quality?
