    Like the sound bar . When best buy came to set it up . They didn't adjust the sound bar.

    Bought this Bose soundbar 900 as a certified excellent open box item. It won’t connect to the Bose app. Bluetooth doesn’t work. The remote doesn’t work either. I’m disappointed that someone already returned this item and Best Buy claimed that it was tested and works properly. Now I need to waist my time returning.

    I recently replaced a Samsung 5.1 system I purchased in 2009 with this Soundbar and the 700 series subwoofer and surround speakers. I’m not really sure it out performs that old unit and be it the cost I’m not certain the value is there vs other comparable products which may be of significantly less cost.

    Garbage product. Stopped working after 4 months. Was connected to my new Sony 65” and worked fine with appletv and PlayStation 5 but suddenly stopped working. I’ve spent hours and hours trying to restart, reset, reinstall, unplug, etc all hdmi settings and sound settings on tv and PlayStation and Bose and can’t get it to work. I then spent time on the phone with both Sony for PlayStation and nose for troubleshooting, with no results. I literally wasted $900 and I’m disgusted. I expected so much more from Bose. Honestly.
