    The most amazing soundbar I'll ever own. It actually does it even if you dont buy speakers or and the base module. Of course, you sound will be enhanced with anything extra but not needed.

    I have both the Bose 700 and 900, and while I liked the 700 a lot the 900 really is a better sound bar. The sound quality is really impressive not only for movies but for music as well.

    The best sounds bar ever made… this is the second sound bar from Bose that I purchased, the 700 and know the 900. Never disappointed with their performance and sound quality. Highly recommend!

    Looks really nice. If you're going to get a big screen tv, make sure you go big with the sound also. It's definitely giving that movie theater sound. Very pleased with my purchase.

    I bought this with high hopes given both my history with Bose Speakers and their long reputation for quality products. Unfortunately this product does not even remotely live up to the Bose name. Where to start.... The App you must configure it from is in a word basic, basic function, basic information, basic features. After you finally get everything setup and the device updated (30 minute process), connecting it to your TV is straight forward. It is all down hill from there. It worked great for about 2 hours then for no reason I was unable to change the volume on either the device or the TV it just stopped working. So I unplugged the HDMI cable restarted everything including the TV and went back to what I was watching. The TV did switch to the external speakers but the latency was horrific and I spent a great deal of time restarting and unplugging cables to no avail. I set up Alexa which does seem to work fairly well but only from the App standpoint. I tried playing some music through it, the sound of the speakers is completely disappointing if the sound bar is anywhere over 60% volume it sounds like a cheap radio that was taken to the beach got wet and left in the sand. (I wish I could add some of the videos I have taken and not just pictures). I mean just absolute rubbish nothing like you would expect from Bose and nothing you expect for $900 dollars. I will be at the doors waiting for the store to open tomorrow morning. I can't take this thing back fast enough. This experience has completely tarnished the Bose name for me and I have been an avid fan for decades of their products.

      It's disappointing to see that you haven't enjoyed your experience with the Soundbar. We work to make everything as easy to setup as possible in the app, and the update is to ensure the latest firmware is installed before use. The volume control no longer working during use might be related to CEC settings, we'd recommend checking the settings for HDMI CEC on the Soundbar through out guide (https://bose.life/3sDW7VP) and set it to option 2.

      The audio quality not meeting expectations is surprising, with the ADAPTiQ calibrating the audio to your room. We have several steps available (https://bose.life/3yEhMkk) for help with poor audio quality. The above steps should help with the audio quality not being as expected, however we'd welcome you reaching out to us (https://bose.life/3szZtJe) for further support with the Soundbar. We'd love to get the speaker working as expected for you.

    Bought this and the Bass Module. Worked really well till about a month ago when I started having connection issues. Fast forward to today when a red bar showed up and won't go away. I did everything the website suggested (reset, recovery, manual update), nothing worked. I called Bose and was told I would have to send it back first for repair that could take up to 6 weeks! Terrible service for something that costs almost $900. Buyer beware.

    This device has not been Turing on. Lately I had to unplug it so it can reset so it would turn on. It’s an inconvenience to have to move my devices around to unplug the surround so so I can use it. Check online and read it’s not just me having this issue. Would not recommend to anyone. Stay away. Worse Bose product I ever had. Bose is always on point with there products but not this one.

      Hi, the soundbar does not have a power light when idle which means when plugged in, it should always be on but with no light. Does the soundbar flash when you press the tv source icon on the remote? If so, you can check out our guide that will help you get the soundbar connected to the tv again! https://bose.life/3P9zjZF
