Constant disconnection issues - No Sound

Appears like sound is playing but no volume. To fix, requires pulling out the power and putting it back in to cycle the unit. This happens regularly and I have 3 of these in 2 seperate properties. Happens to all of them.

DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX!!!

These things are way too sophisticated for their own good

Not good for my tv

Connection issues

I changed the TV from 2 year old Vizio P series to LG C1 but still issue persists. Didn't expect this from Bose after investing $2000 in soundbar and woofer. What a piece of junk, I am returning it asap before my return period ends.

Bose 900 soundbar

After talking with Bose support, it was determined that it had gone into update mode trying to download the update and had become stuck, I was asked to attempt a local update, which also failed. At that point I returned it to Bestbuy and ordered a different soundbar.

Disappointing

So i ended up returning it because best buy said the same thing. Very disappointing

It isn't as good as I thought it would be.

Poor quality control

When I opened the box, there was only the power cord, speaker and remote. I couldn't calibrate the speaker because it was missing the headset.

You’re buying the name and Bose forgot about quality. From turning off on its own to turning on by itself and 10 phone calls later in less than 30 days. Not one support team member could figure out what was wrong with it. Glad I took it back to get the Sonos Arc.

bad software
