    software issues, will work for couple days then it will stop working, no audio and soundbar will freeze, you will have to unplug it and plug it back in to make it work, google issue lots of people complaining about it, you need a phone and an app to set it up not worth the price

    I bought an open box that indicated all parts were included, but had previously been opened. When I opened the box, there was only the power cord, speaker and remote. I couldn't calibrate the speaker because it was missing the headset.

    the classy sales guy assured me this would work perfectly with Samsung - of course it has issues and many others have had same issue - once you set it up it holds the e-arc setting (earc sound) for about a few seconds then it reverts back to TV sound. worthless - this is a BOSE issue

    Worst bar I have ever tried we went thought 2 bars and could not get ether one to update. Returned both and bought a sona sound bar. It works great and was almost plug and play.Bose needs to do some work, for a name brand, it was the worst.

    Not good; get real speakers & a real receiver

    I upgraded to this from Bose 700; it is a very well made product; but for the price it does not sound anywhere as good as Bowers & Wilkins M1 compact speakers paired with a good Denon or Marantz receiver with a compact subwoofer. Would save your money and get a real system; not the Bose 900.

    using wireless /wifi connection to LG 55" smart tv...constantly have to reset as it sound doesn't come through evening though showing connected, or loses connection to app on iPhone and have to reset
