    Good Luck Activating this

    Good Luck! The soundbar must connect and be activatied through WIFI. Tried a dozen times after connecting to WIFI. No luck! "Activation Failed " message each and every time. Cannot see settings, equalization, etc. Disappointed and may not continue to use this product.

      We are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with product activation of your soundbar.

      If available, it is strongly recommended to try another wireless network. This might require bringing the system to another location—one closer to the other network hardware. Doing so will help determine if the cause of the issue is related to the network hardware (or its settings), or to the hardware of your Bose system. If the issue is not with your Bose system hardware, setting up service for the system will not resolve the issue.

    Should’ve bought the Bose first but went with another product as was disappointed, went back and bought this model and was completely happy with the purchase.

    Upon initial set up and activation, it was giving issues, but after some adjustments, it worked. I don't know if its the best sound yet.

    It’s very good product, however cheaper options available same model last year model got 100$ less. So thinking of opting for it

    Very sleek and clean looking. Sound is very average and lacks depth compared to other Bose systems I had in the past. It stop working a very times and had to be reseted. I don’t think it is worth the price tag.
