Setup was not intuitive and very difficult. The app is not user friendly. Have it connected via ARC to my TV. Sometimes it turns on when the TV turns on but most of the time I have to go into my app and manually turn on the soundbar or go into my TV settings and change it from ARC to Bluetooth and back again for the soundbar to become “active”. My wife hate it as we will almost always have no sound until you “fiddle” with it to get the sound on. Once the sound is working, it is great. The quality of the sound is fantastic. The sub is great too. But I’m sure I would have liked the Sonos sound too. Am very disappointed overall though due to its usability.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been a long time Bose fan but recent purchases have been disappointing… This Smart Soundbar 600 was very difficult to pair but once, “with assistance from tech support” I was successful it sounds great so separately I purchased the Bass Module 300 and that took me the course of two days with the assistance of tech support to pair… At one point the technician suggested that I return the soundbar because he felt that’s where the problem lie… I considered adding the surround speakers but after this experience in addition to another Bose purchase not related to this review I think not… Bose quality has really diminished…
