Terrible warranty service

I had to pay $40.00 to send it back to them so that they could warranty their product, and months later it was returned to me and the Bluetooth connection on it did not work. That did it for me with Bose, so I purchased a Klipsch soundbar and donated the Bose junk to charity.

It can attach to the bottom of the TV and look like part of the TV. The sound is phenomenal, at times seeming to come from other parts of the room.

Currently have Sonos Arc as main theater and bought for spare bedroom. Personal preference is that it just doesn’t sound as good as the Sonos but again it could be because of the dynamics of the room and what may.
