    Well performing speaker, but could be better. Currently have Sonos Arc as main theater and bought for spare bedroom. Personal preference is that it just doesn’t sound as good as the Sonos but again it could be because of the dynamics of the room and what may.

    This item is good. But not worth the price. I was expecting immaculate sound and bass for the price. OVER HYPED

    It's nice and it's a Bose. However. I didn't think it had much bass and the volume doesn't get really loud. It's fine for a small room I suppose. Not worth the money in my opinion. Definitely better options out there

    I highly recommend the Bose soundbar. It can attach to the bottom of the TV and look like part of the TV. The sound is phenomenal, at times seeming to come from other parts of the room.

    Audio sounds really nice, but for some reason it doesnt automatically sync with the TV when powering on the TV. Have to turn it on through the options

    Some applications on my tv it wouldnt play audio. Youtube, etc.

      This issue is often related to the TV’s audio settings, the specific app, or the type of connection being used (HDMI‑ARC/eARC or optical). As a first step, please check that your TV’s audio output format is set to Digital (PCM) or Dolby.

      How to check your TV’s audio output settings: General Method (Most TV Brands)

      1. Press the Settings or Menu button on your TV remote.
      2. Go to Sound or Audio Settings.
      3. Select Expert Settings, Advanced Settings, or Digital Audio Output (the wording may vary by TV brand).
      4. Find Digital Output Audio Format and set it to PCM (Digital/Stereo) or Dolby Digital / Auto.

      After making any changes, we recommend turning the TV and soundbar off and back on to refresh the connection.

    Terrible warranty service

    I paid $500.00 for this soundbar 1 year ago and had to send it to Bose for warranty service 4 months later. I had to pay $40.00 to send it back to them so that they could warranty their product, and months later it was returned to me and the Bluetooth connection on it did not work. That did it for me with Bose, so I purchased a Klipsch soundbar and donated the Bose junk to charity.

    Not much different than what I had before except the ability to hear characters speaking. I also can’t figure out how to be able to control it from my Fios remote

    Do not buy open box items from Best Buy

    This is a review for the open box item. I ordered open box -excellent which says it comes with all original items. It came with no remote and online agent told me I had to go to the store to get the replacement. I went to the store and they did not have the remote. Come back home and talk to the online agent again and they can't help with locating a remote or exchange for open box item and I would have to find a store with an open box item. Why would I pay for the item that in the description said it has all original items and have to go through this hassle? They even had me call Geeksquad and they were no help with this issue. I would never buy any open box item from Best Buy ever again.

    Good Luck! The soundbar must connect and be activatied through WIFI. Tried a dozen times after connecting to WIFI. No luck! "Activation Failed " message each and every time. Cannot see settings, equalization, etc. Disappointed and may not continue to use this product.

      We are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty with product activation of your soundbar.

      If available, it is strongly recommended to try another wireless network. This might require bringing the system to another location—one closer to the other network hardware. Doing so will help determine if the cause of the issue is related to the network hardware (or its settings), or to the hardware of your Bose system. If the issue is not with your Bose system hardware, setting up service for the system will not resolve the issue.
