Bought this for my wife and she loves it. Great sound, easy to use and couldn't be pleased more. Big sound for such a small product.

good sound. overpriced for what you get. no instructions with item .Bose app stinks .have to use soundbar remote and app to operate all three items that are advertised to all work together as one . Very misleading. Not user friendly.

Excellent sound and volume, easy to set up with phone blue/tooth. Looks nice on bookshelf without screaming "speaker". Haven't tried it with our Alexa yet.

I wish I could give this a better review. The setup is easy; the sound is good; but the Google Assistant feature only half-works, even though it is prominently featured in the advertising. Do NOT buy this speaker if you use YouTubeMusic to stream music. If you do, the Google Assistant feature will not work; the only thing you can do is to use a Bluetooth connection, making this about the most expensive Bluetooth speaker on the planet. I'm keeping it, but only in the hope that Bose and Google can reach some accomodation...

With 6 presets, that you can control with the speaker and with the Bose phone app, this is a great sounding smart speaker. Sound fills the room. The only drawback - the controls on the speaker are no backlit and are too subtle in appearance. Bright light is required to see the controls.

Good sound and quality, expensive it's a Bose. It's a pain when trying to connect it to my phone's Bose Music App. I need to reset this speaker everyday to have it connected. There are other many options. I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic sound. Exceptionally sensitive microphone (if not careful it will turn on from instructions to the Alexa in a different room). Does not play nice with other Alexa speakers (turn on all does not turn this one on).

We really like this speaker. It sounds fantastic at all volumes. I’m especially impressed at the full range of rich sound at low volumes. We also have a sound bar 700 and the biggest complaint is how the two sync or don’t at times. Still a pretty big fan of both.

I came to think that I would never find what I was looking for, because of the amount of money I had. But oh I was this bellesa of equipment that at first sight deceived by its size. It sounds loud and clear. The music is heard with great clarity even when the volume is high. It ennates me.

I saw all the other reviews regarding how great the sound is coming from such a small package. It is still better than what I was expecting. Very impressed.

Remarkably powerful speaker that will accommodate Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Excellent speaker if your not interested in portability. Speaker is not battery powered - you have to plug it in to 110v outlet to make it work.

As far as I am concerned, this speaker sounds fantastic. I am very happy with this purchase. I love using its Apple AirPlay 2 feature to connect it with my other wifi speakers that have Apple AirPlay 2 as well. If you are a Bose fan, buy it. The Bose app is great too!

We've enjoyed many Bose products. Recently bought the Bose 700 sound bar and couldn't believe how nice it sounds for TV and music. Decided to try the Bose Home speaker 500. Just as we expected, it's excellent well. Whether it's inside home or out on patio it sounds fantastic.

This speaker is so amazing. I had originally looked at one at Costco for less money but the one at Best Buy has a digital screen and sounds a lot better for just a little bit more money I would totally recommend this speaker to anybody who would want to get one

These speakers sound fantastic! Sure the price is steeper than I’d like but the sound quality makes up for that- plus you can link certain speakers!

The speaker sounds great. Put it in our living room window and left the window cracked. It sounded great inside the house and on the deck too. My only complaint is that I can’t get it to connect to multiple internet connections. We have 2 homes and I wanted to take it with me but it refused to connect at both places.

This was a refurbished product that works GREAT! Glad to get a quick delivery before Xmas. My guests marveled over the quality of sound coming from the small machine

I love this Bose Home Speaker. The sound is incredible. So much better than any other Alexa device I've tried. The only thing I wish they could iron out is that it cannot be grouped with othe Alexa devices to play my music in all rooms except if I buy more of these expensive devices.
