    beyond great voice. I love every bose product but this one especially is great. having LCD and LCD moves with the sound.

    Bose speaker has a great full sound but unfortunately it needs the app on wifi to control it remotely. This is where they missed the mark.

    Sound not as great as I expected. I'm a Bose lover but this product underwhelmed. Honestly the only difference between the 500 and the 300 is the display, the sound is the exact same.

    Does not seem as clear as other Bose products I have had in the past. Service said it might be my aging ears. Does not explain why other speakers sound a little better.

    I initially went to purchase a Sonos One (Gen 2), but when I heard this speaker I was thoroughly impressed. It is in the same price range as the Apple Home Pod and Google Home Max, but the build and sound quality of this speaker is worth it. The sound quality genuinely makes me want to play music all the time. It is also my first time buying a Bose, and now I understand why they are more expensive than comparable products.

    The sound is excellent but the LCD screen is unnecessary and presumably added just to drive the price up. I don't need to see the cover art for every song. The "updates" take a ridiculous amount of time to install upon initial setup and seem to require a restart, which can only be achieved by pulling the plug, before they finalize. The whole format is pretty cumbersome. However, after trial and error with other units, this one paired with the Soundbar 700, which is why I bought it.
