Great sounding speaker. A big improvement over my previous Harmon Kardon. Very clear with good bass. Great balance. However, if you are looking for a bass monster, this is probably not your speaker. The only problem comes with the bluetooth connection. Bose wants you to play your music through their Home App connected via Wifi. Unfortunately for me, I use YouTube Music and that is not supported by their app. On rare occasions, the connection will drop off and be spotty. I know it's not just my phone because we tried it on multiple phones with the same result. Given the rarity of this event, I would still recommend this speaker for its sound quality.

I love Bose in general and this speaker has an amazing sound for its size. I love that it have a display and you can see the covers for the music you play on. Truly recommend it, is perfect for family and friends reunions. Sound quality is amazing.

The Bose speaker sound never fails to impress. This one speaker fills the entire downstairs and sounds great. I connect my phone and other devices via Bluetooth very easily. Alexa integration also works very well. At first, I thought the speaker was rechargeable like the other smaller Bose speaker I have, but, it is not. That being said, you can move it with the plug anywhere you want, and, I haven't moved it since I bought it, so, no big deal. Bose app gives you lots of control with the speaker as well. Very happy with this purchase.

If you are a audiophile, you probably are already in love with Bose. This speaker just steps up the game. This one has enough oomph to fill an enitre room and at the same time give you amazing lows for those starry nights where jazz is the soul music. The screen in my opinion is the best thing that could have happened to this speaker. The bluetooth connection is reliable and I didb't observe any lag whatsoever while streaming from my phone. The bose connect appis a little buggy but not something that can't be lived with. Overall, this is a perfect speaker for a smart home.

Small in size, however sound and bass is huge. Bose technology is terrific and a good value !

I can't believe the sound and music that comes out of this speaker. The Bose Videos review on You Tube helped with my decision and I'm very happy with my decision. The warm sound of jazz is phenomenal listening to Kenny G and Boney James is an experience worth the purchase. Easy set up the 15 minute update isn't that bad, I like the display of the song in the read out screen. The time display si great I don't have ask Alexa what time is it and the classy look is bar none. I trashed my 1st Generation Amazon Alexa and upgraded to this and even my wife approved.

Great sound, small easy to use. I got it for a trip. It does not hold a charge. I got a different speaker for the trip.

Has amazing sound and very easy to use. Was able to blu tooth to my tv and iPhone with no complications.

Bought this speaker because if the sound quality and it does not dissappoint!! Sound fills entire room and has good bass and gets sufficiently loud.

This does everything very I have it in bedroom so this was the only smart high quality speaker that has a clock featured. Sound quality is very good. Built well, has both Alex and Google smart fitures. It gets loud enough for a party. I highly recomend it.

Solid, quality speaker regarding build. I wouldn't consider myself an audiophile. So while it probably has limitations for the perfectionist, its size and sound quality exceed my expectations. Slight downgrade because it was a little more difficult than I expected to set up; and I find that Alexa is not as responsive as on my echo speakers, but I didn't purchase it for that. I purchased this as an "excellent" open box to save a few more bucks. I do that with most of my BB purchases and have never been disappointed. Still expensive but it has been well worth it for me.

Great design and great sound. Screen could be better with a higher resolution but still not bad. Overall, I like this smart speaker and would recommend this to anyone looking for a small speaker to simply fill a room with music.

I'm rating this speak a 4, even though I returned it to Best Buy. The sound is excellent and it is much smaller than I thought it would be based on the photos. I loved the portability, using the built-in battery. The ONLY issue I had with the speak was the Amazon Alexa integration. While it will talk with Alexa, allowing you to change songs, etc.. The deal killer for me, however, was that Bose will not integrate with an Alexa speaker group. Instead, Bose has its own speaker grouping software. Very disappointing.

The sound is incredible! Very high quality and a typical Bose speaker. HOWEVER... that is only if you can use it... The app is a nightmare and filled with bugs. You cant connect your speaker to Spotify because the link spotify button is broken within the app. You press it and nothing happens. Iv been waiting 3 months now for Bose to fix the problems in the app and they have done absolutely nothing. If you have Spotify, do not buy this!
