This is the second 500 speaker I own. Great Bose sound and style. Back in March there was an update that I had trouble completing. Somehow it was resolved and the speaker works fine with Spotify. With the first speaker there was a problem, when selecting to display the hour, the artwork of the music stopped appearing. I had to reset it to the factory presets and avoid the hour display. Although these issues, the sound is Bose quality and recommended.

Have Android phone, downloaded the BOSE app through google store. Straight out of the box, it was VERY straight forward to set up. Love that you can pre-program up to 6 stations through the BOSE app. can be from any of the music service providers through the BOSE app. Works great, we have 3 radio stations pre-programed and our favorite pandora stations so all we have to do is press one to of the numbers and we are jamming out. Google assist works just as well as any other device once you have it set up.

Amazing sound on this. Great bass and fills the room with sound! It is in line with the Quality you would expect from Bose!

You get exactly what you expect from a Bose product. This speaker fills the room with awesome sound. Rarely is there a speaker I use where top volume is too loud.

Great product. Use it every day to stream music and use it for all of my alarm needs. Looks great and fits in with all the rest of my room decor.

Very good sound. Great in a small room or area. Not my favorite Bose device, but does the trick for it’s purpose. A bit pricey for it’s overall performance.

I've always loved Bose and added to my collection with this purchase. I loved it the minute I turned it on. The high quality Bose sound never disappoints! It seamlessly connected with wifi and other devices. The fact that this is small enough to be mobile player is also a plus. Simply fabulous!

Really nice speaker,sounds great lots of base all around nice sound.took awhile to connect speaker to WiFi,I could not connect with my I phone with no luck.I returned the speaker thinking there was something wrong with it.best buy kindly exchanged the speaker for another speaker ,got it home and still found not connect to wifi so I finally tried my wife’s Motorola phone to connect to speaker WiFi and it worked,so the the first speaker I got had nothing wrong with it.But everything is great now. Thanks for great product Best Buy.

It's easy to do the installation and pairing. That sounds great. I bought less price because of the sale. It's worthy it.

This has excellent sound; my reservations are two: first, pairing it with an iPad isn’t intuitive; second, this is a fine example of diminishing marginal utility: the difference in its sound as compared to a JBL speaker is less than the difference in cost. That said, I’d buy it again.

Great unit until I realized my soundbar has same features. Sounds excellent, but overpriced for even Bose! Returned as I didn’t need it!

wow. this sounds awesome. alexa works great with it. set up was a little involved but not hard. love it
