    I like it a lot. The clarity isn't as good as some Bose products but I like have Alexa on it.

    The sound from this is outstanding. One speaker outperforms an entire set of wireless speakers I had previously. I did have a few issues getting it to connect via Bluetooth but once I did I have had no issues.

    I had this for 1.5 years and it quit working. Thought it was a software problem. Had to send to Bose for repair.

    OMG, never thought I would see the day Bose will relax on their Apple-like hold on sound control, that is Trebble/bass control. This thing is crisp and you can crank up the Trebble to your hi-fi delight.

    I bought the speaker to play relaxing music while I sleep. It does not come with a remote control so I have to use my phone which is very inconvenient. About three weeks ago the buggy app disconnected from my speaker and I have not been able to reconnect it. I have spoken with two people at Bose I’ve done everything they told me to do and it doesn’t work. I have three other SoundTouch speakers which they no longer make and the app for that has issues on a daily basis. As much as I like Bose and I’ve been a customer for a very long time I will never buy another product from them again.
