For what we watch it's perfect. I listened to the Sonos Arc and the Bose ultra was way better. Purchased an open box frm Best Buy. Perfect !

The new AI dialogue is a happy medium between the regular and dialogue mode on the original 900. It also seems to be clearer and have much deeper frequencies being sent to my subwoofer

The soundbar does not turn on and off with my tv. It is annoying. I think for the 2000 price range I would go with something else.

Posted .Hi there, thank you for your feedback! Please note that Alexa is a third-party app associated with Bose. Customization of Alexa features cannot be done through the Bose app.
Regarding the power switch on your soundbar, even if it’s connected to your TV, they operate with separate remotes. As a result, they won’t turn on or off simultaneously.

My old Bose soundbar still works great and is being repurposed. I am delighted with the performance of the Smart Ultra Soundbar.
