Upgraded from a Bose Solo to Bose Ultra smart soundbar. The bass and surround are fantastic. Will add the bass module and surround speakers soon. Cant go wrong with a Bose.

Bose Ultra - Excellent Soundbar Product

What is challenging is the setup process, which is only 3 stars. The Bose app is glitchy, and the online help articles are not well written. From trial and error, it helps to make sure that the sound bar has been manually reset to factory setting before attempting to install it on your local wifi network. Once you're beyond this initial installation process, adding on additional Bose and compatible products (e.g. subwoofer) is easy.

Great when it’s able to connect. Not consistent

But so far Alexa only thing that consistently works. It’s an expensive Alexa speaker. So I think it will be returned. I purchased the surround speakers which were great. Again, the speaker struggles to connect and it’s very frustrating.l love Bose and really wanted this to work.

Significant improvement in sound quality, clearer and sharper. Added subwoofer and wireless rear speakers for more enhanced experience. Very pleased with the performance. Easy to install using the Bose App.

However sometime this soundbar goes into mute and had to restart the soundbar to get it unmuted.
