    Very good soundbar, the quality and sound from this new Bose 1000 soundbar improves a little bit from the 900 series.

    The audio skips im a best buy member no one can fix issue and cannot be replaced well within return period

      I'm sorry to hear your audio is skipping on your Smart Ultra Soundbar! This of course shouldn't happen, but it doesn't necessarily indicate a fault within the soundbar itself. One thing to try (if you're using an HDMI cable) is the different HDMI-CEC settings in the Bose app. Just tap the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the app, scroll down to the Power section, and select HDMI Power and Audio. You'll then see several different options, one of which could stabilize the sound.     Worst speaker I’ve ever bought. Horrible connectivity to everything. What a piece of garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! There app is horrible. Won’t stay connected to tv at all. GARBAGE!!!!!!

There could be numerous reasons for disconnections from your TV, e.g. an incorrect setting between the TV and soundbar, or an old firmware version that needs updating.
