The Bose bass is solid, not just loud like most but balance and you feel apart of the movie or concert. Customer service is excellent..called to confirm the set up that would give the ultimate experience.

However sometime this soundbar goes into mute and had to restart the soundbar to get it unmuted.

Significant improvement in sound quality, clearer and sharper. Added subwoofer and wireless rear speakers for more enhanced experience. Very pleased with the performance. Easy to install using the Bose App.

Bose Ultra Soundbar

Excellent sound, I would recommend at least getting the 700 bass module with the sound bar, it will shake the house.  The voice feature works great and makes dialogue sound easier to understand.

Great sound in a large open ate with high ceilings is a challenge, BOSE delivers with quality and high value. Sleek and clean lines add to the overall pleasure of owning this BOSE.

Excellent sound, too many connection issues

The only disappointing part is I'm having a ton of connection issues over eARC hdmi. Every couple of days the soundbar will not output sound until I hard reset by unplugging it. I've tried updating firmware, resetting to factory, nothing has worked

Glare - reflection

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great audio after setting up with the calibration feature using the app. But the glass surface top on the bar when set in front of the TV has a very annoying glare/reflection. I placed some black felt on top of the bar, solved the glare for me. I have the bar paired with Bose surrounds and sub. Got on a Black Friday sale so ok with the price but at full retail, maybe not.
