Excellent sound, too many connection issues

The only disappointing part is I'm having a ton of connection issues over eARC hdmi. Every couple of days the soundbar will not output sound until I hard reset by unplugging it. I've tried updating firmware, resetting to factory, nothing has worked

Excellent sound, I would recommend at least getting the 700 bass module with the sound bar, it will shake the house.  The voice feature works great and makes dialogue sound easier to understand.

Its fukl snd vibrant, definitely one of the best on the market. However, i have to manually turn it on each time i turn on the tv and connect them. It’s inconvenient but not a deal breaker

The soundbar does not turn on and off with my tv. It is annoying. I think for the 2000 price range I would go with something else.

Posted .Hi there, thank you for your feedback! Please note that Alexa is a third-party app associated with Bose. Customization of Alexa features cannot be done through the Bose app.
Regarding the power switch on your soundbar, even if it’s connected to your TV, they operate with separate remotes. As a result, they won’t turn on or off simultaneously.

If you are a person that appreciates sound and would like simplicity, this is a good unit to purchase. This soundbar paired with the subwoofer is amazing, sit back and watch an action movie and youll be amazed!

For what we watch it's perfect. I listened to the Sonos Arc and the Bose ultra was way better. Purchased an open box frm Best Buy. Perfect !
