    This speaker jas amazing sound. Its fukl snd vibrant, definitely one of the best on the market. However, i have to manually turn it on each time i turn on the tv and connect them. It’s inconvenient but not a deal breaker

    Great sound. I didn't want a subwoofer on the floor so chose this unit. For what we watch it's perfect. I listened to the Sonos Arc and the Bose ultra was way better. Purchased an open box frm Best Buy. Perfect !

    Great system to enjoy movies, series or any tv shows. Great for music, get sure to get all extras, including the bass module (make sure to wire the system) if now the wifi from home will mess with that

    As I have several Bose speakers from the smallest to the mid-sized ones. I have nothing but praise for Bose and the quality of sound they produce. I recommend them to anyone that will listen and prove it by letting them hear the sound quality anytime I have company too.

    I had the previous version of this soundbar. I thought when this came out that there must be a groundbreaking difference for Bose to have pushed out such a similar product, i am however dissapointed because I have not heard any difference with the Bose 900. I gave it 4 stars because it initself is a good bar but didnt earn 5 because it really isnt much of a upgrade

    I recently upgraded my 12-year-old Bose soundbar to take advantage of the newest audio technologies. My old Bose soundbar still works great and is being repurposed. I am delighted with the performance of the Smart Ultra Soundbar.

    Royal pain in the behind. Connectivity was unbelievably difficult. Do NOT have the HDMI plugged in when setting tis bar up. The Ap will not find the device. After getting the sound bar added in the ap, wifi set, THEN connect it to the TV. After 2 days of messing arround, it worked...once! Id you turn off you TV, good luck trying to get it to work again. The biggest problem, is having to use an AP to use this system it is a terrible and unnecessary interface between the TV and the sound bar. GET RID OF THE NEED FOR AN AP! I returned this Bose sound bar out of frustration. Too bad, it sounded beautiful the couple of times it cooperated. Just not worth the hassle.

    Incredible sound that was produced with this purchase, i love it and cant wait to get the sub to go with it next. Sound my regular spearkers never picked up.

    Bravia and Apple TV 4K started acting possessed: random power cycles, audio drifting hopelessly out of sync, and inexplicable lag that made movie night feel like a bad dub job from the ‘90s. Eventually, the soundbar just... died. Full stop. Fine, things break. That’s what warranties are for, right? Well, good luck with that. I sent it in to Bose for a warranty repair nearly a month ago — and for the last five days, it’s just vanished. According to customer service, it’s somewhere. Probably. Maybe. They’ve offered no tracking, no meaningful updates, and every conversation feels like I’m being gaslit — like I'm crazy for expecting a basic repair timeline or any proof the unit still exists. Their “support” doesn’t seem to support much beyond vague assurances and scripted apologies. As for the sound quality? It was fine. Not great. Certainly not worth the premium price tag, especially when you factor in the instability and the customer service black hole. This whole experience has been a masterclass in buyer’s remorse. Do yourself a favor: there are plenty of better-sounding, more reliable, and better-supported options out there. Learn from my mistake.
