I like it, it’s an excellent soundbar! Glad I went Bose over Sonos! Since the sound bar I’ve purchase the rear surround speakers and two base modules. This setup really rocks compared to my 2017 LG Flagship SJ9! I don’t however think the Ultra is worth the money over the Bose 900SB. The are pretty much the exact same, save your money and get the 900!!

Bravia and Apple TV 4K started acting possessed: random power cycles, audio drifting hopelessly out of sync, and inexplicable lag that made movie night feel like a bad dub job from the ‘90s. Eventually, the soundbar just... died. Full stop. Fine, things break. That’s what warranties are for, right? Well, good luck with that. I sent it in to Bose for a warranty repair nearly a month ago — and for the last five days, it’s just vanished. According to customer service, it’s somewhere. Probably. Maybe. They’ve offered no tracking, no meaningful updates, and every conversation feels like I’m being gaslit — like I'm crazy for expecting a basic repair timeline or any proof the unit still exists. Their “support” doesn’t seem to support much beyond vague assurances and scripted apologies. As for the sound quality? It was fine. Not great. Certainly not worth the premium price tag, especially when you factor in the instability and the customer service black hole. This whole experience has been a masterclass in buyer’s remorse. Do yourself a favor: there are plenty of better-sounding, more reliable, and better-supported options out there. Learn from my mistake.

I was watching a movie the other night when I heard a chirping sound coming from the right side of the room. It made me pause and look for a cricket which I thought had entered the living room through the gap at the bottom of the front door. Couple of seconds later, I realized it was a scene from the movie I had been watching.

As always Bose is awesome! The sound is so emersive.I had an older model of the 500 which is about 10 years old (it still sounds like the day I bought it), so I know that this is a great investment!

The Bose sound bar has revolutionized the quality of sound for every movie, or sound track in my home. The crispness of someone picking a guitar, or hitting a key from a piano is priceless quality. The sound is great from the lowest volume to the loudest you would like to hear. To sum this up in one word its "Quality".

The Bose sound is awesome. The only complaint I have is in the controlling of it. For some reason it only turns on automatically when the TV turns onabout 1 out of 4 times. In order for it to sync with my TV when I turn it on I need to go thru my phone app... Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I havent figured it out yet.

Great sound. Tried lower quality after my original Bose went out. Then came back to this one as an upgrade which is amazing

When it's actually on it sounds great, problem is I have to unplug it from the TV so many times when I turn on the TV. The TV is a one yr old top of the line Samsung. Not sure if Bose is keeping up with modern circuitry, it connects as you turn on then disconnects.

If you want Clear & Well Enunciated Dialog, this is the soundbar you have been looking for. It ain't exactly cheap, but neither are its competitors. Andrew Robinson on YouTube does a very good review of this Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar, it is worth a look.
