Two bad units

Had Bose on the phone and they basically told me to return the item because those both needed to be sent back to get fixed by Bose directly .... what a headache Problem is.. i already have the 700 bass module and surround sound speakers too.. do any of these units work!

Posted .Hello Nick, if your soundbar is updating for longer than the expected 45 minutes, then it would be possible that the update is looping. Is it worth upgrading if you have the 700 or 900? Hell no. Save your money lol.
