    Soundbar is the best! To make it even better get surround speakers and bass module. Would be five but, price is up there. Tip: purchase geek squad for peace of mind.

    The sound is excellent. It sometimes doesn’t come on when I turn my LG tv on. I get no sound. A little aggravating. Voices are clear. Good bass.

    This soundbar is of good quality. It is heavy and of excellent quality. I have not connect it to our TV yet, so I can't comment on its sound.

    Bought this to replace older Bose Soundbar. Significant improvement in sound quality, clearer and sharper. Added subwoofer and wireless rear speakers for more enhanced experience. Very pleased with the performance. Easy to install using the Bose App.

    I had an older generation of this sound bar. I was skeptical it would be much better than my current. This new model blows it away. Pure and simple. I felt like I was now at a cinema. Truly..

    Bose soundbar is great product enhancing the sound experience like a theatre, provide you the best quality of sounds from a Movie, Game or other online contents. However sometime this soundbar goes into mute and had to restart the soundbar to get it unmuted.

    I own a sonos arc with 2 subs and 2 Fives as rears in my main family room. Overall this sound bar and sub does not compete. The voice dialog is a clear winner especially since I have a severe hearing deficit in one ear. I have this bar and sub in my game room where I also movie watch sometimes. I do not have the surrounds because of the terrible reviews on other platforms and the price. Overall it is a solid bar for small/medium rooms but voice dialog is where it shines most. I personally feel it is overpriced but it is awesome to not have to use closed captions when watching my favorite shows or movies.

    Bravia and Apple TV 4K started acting possessed: random power cycles, audio drifting hopelessly out of sync, and inexplicable lag that made movie night feel like a bad dub job from the ‘90s. Eventually, the soundbar just... died. Full stop. Fine, things break. That’s what warranties are for, right? Well, good luck with that. I sent it in to Bose for a warranty repair nearly a month ago — and for the last five days, it’s just vanished. According to customer service, it’s somewhere. Probably. Maybe. They’ve offered no tracking, no meaningful updates, and every conversation feels like I’m being gaslit — like I'm crazy for expecting a basic repair timeline or any proof the unit still exists. Their “support” doesn’t seem to support much beyond vague assurances and scripted apologies. As for the sound quality? It was fine. Not great. Certainly not worth the premium price tag, especially when you factor in the instability and the customer service black hole. This whole experience has been a masterclass in buyer’s remorse. Do yourself a favor: there are plenty of better-sounding, more reliable, and better-supported options out there. Learn from my mistake.

    I don't do reviews too much, I've owned the 300 and the 700 The 300 was the worst 700 was okay, but the Bose ultra blue me away when I connected it to the subwoofer and the back speakers it blew me away I even had to turn it down it got so loud, if you buy this you'll be so surprised of the sound quality, I'm so happy I bought it because everyone told me don't buy it because it's almost identical to the 900, but when connecting this thing it blew me away.

    Marcus was a gem, he helped me out today to exchange my items for replacement in less then 30 minutes did not have to pay anything…he also made sure my sound bar would be drliveted tomorrow since it was not in stock..Give Marcus a raise

    Sounds nice when connection works. Constant trouble staying connected to tv. The Alexa works great. But so far Alexa only thing that consistently works. It’s an expensive Alexa speaker. So I think it will be returned. I purchased the surround speakers which were great. Again, the speaker struggles to connect and it’s very frustrating.l love Bose and really wanted this to work.

    Bose Ultra Soundbar and Bose 700 subwooferf

    I am very happy with my Bose Ultra Soundbar. I also purchased to Bose 700 Bass Module and it pairs to the soundbar through a wireless connection. The system sounds great. It uses artificial intelligence to make movie dialogue stand out. We don't turn on captions anymore. The system even come standard with Apple Airplay so that I can play music from my iTunes account using my iPhone.
