    Bose is the best of the best on audio systems i have home theater system Bose and when i bought my cars always request Bose audio because i like listening music not noise

    I got my soundbar setup. The process was really funkey and i had to start over several times. I finally got Iheart radio app to open but I cannot change the station. I haven't been able to connect the speakers to my phone with Bluetooth. Something that so easy with all my other Bluetooth devices Bose has made it impossible somehow. Great for listening to the tv though. Just don't expect it to do much more.

    The sound on this speaker is unmatched. Easily one of the highest quality sounding speakers with rich deep bass....when the bass module wants to connect. I have had significant issues with the bass module connecting wirelessly. It will often cut out and create this distracting gurgling noise. Bose tech support is basically of no use and recommend just connecting the base to the soundbar via a cord. For the price I feel like they should have this bug worked out...disappointing But if you don't care about connecting your sound bar to your sub with a cord then this system will be ideal.

Connecting a bass module via cable can be a workaround solution if a wireless connection isn't working. Resetting the soundbar and bass module for 5 minutes (by removing them from power) can help here, as can a factory reset of the soundbar as a last resort.     I know is a awesome equipment, but o have to return it because in the week I have it I couldn’t connect it to the tv , for Bluetooth music it was fine but for tv never connected , so I return it

    Lacks crispness

    After 3 months of trying every possible setting, I am not completely satisfied with the sound quality of the Bose Ultra Soundbar. It just isn’t crisp enough and lacks bass even though I have it turned up to 90 out of 100. The price is considerably more than the LG Soundbar which would pair better than the Bose, since it would allow the TV speakers to work simultaneously. So today I ordered an LG sound bar for hand the price. So we will see if the LG has a crisper sound than the Bose Ultra.

If you find the soundbar is lacking in bass, you can - as you mentioned - turn the bass up via the Bose app, by tapping the Audio button and then adjusting the bass level. You can also enable AI Dialogue Mode, which is designed to provide ultra-crisp vocal clarity, as it adjusts the tonal balance accordingly.     Always prefer to do reviews afyer a few months. Got this in March and it worked great. Few months later npw and it has conncection issues where it cuts in and out of sound for no reason. Have tried it with 3 different TVs and my computer and it does the same thing. Very disappointed in the quality of this Bose product.

    Not impressed with the power output. I was fully expecting a theater-like experience to find out I needed accessories to get there. Overall good sound, but was disappointed in the end.

      With the Soundbar Ultra, all of the accessories are completely optional, so to get more from your Soundbar's audio quality make sure that you run through the Adaptiq Calibration process and make sure you adjust the EQ to find settings that are right for you.

    The guy that help me was great. He greet me n wife, he was realy helpful that he went to look for my item all over the store because it wasn't in the right location until he found it. Very very great customer service

    I took it back, wouldn't connect to TV! After hours of trying to connect it to my TV I decided to save my energy and return it. I've never bought an open box item from Best Buy and finally decided to try it out. Now I see why and doubt if I would again.

    Pretty good sound but not worth the price. Maybe if I added the rear speakers, but that’s another $400. Calling Bose support was impossible.

    I had to return it kept switching from internal to external and back. Then at times it would shut the TV off. I read another review that someone else also had the same problem.
