App is TERRIBLE!

When your speakers disconnect, and they will, you will have a difficult time getting the app to find your speakers. Over a grand on the bar and sub and they don’t work. When they do work, the sound is superb so i am not trying to be negative. Save yourself some heartache and look at other brands!

Thanks for leaving your thoughts with regard to the Smart Ultra Soundbar. It's fantastic to hear you were impressed by the sound quality but I'm sorry to hear you've had problems with the speaker disconnecting sporadically. Nobody wants to experience that but this can usually be attributed to external factors.
The first thing I'd recommend is to check you don't have nearby sources of interference which could be disrupting your internet connection. I'd then recommend checking your home network is setup to work best with the bar. You can find a list of recommended router settings on this page: https://bose.life/3GE3pPX.

Bose is the best

Sound touch 300 sound bar a subwoofer
