great sound balance

The sound was good but the system was 10 years old, I auditioned both the Bose 500 and 700 and decided on the 500 with the bass module. The clarity of dialog from movies and tv is far superior than my old system, and the sound area is vey spatial. No problems with setup. Alexa works well with the sound bar.

Great soundbar

This paired with the Bass Module 500 work really well and perform so much better than the Soundbar 300 system sold by Costco and for a lot cheaper. The 500 works great for the size of my current living room. I plan to move it to the bedroom eventually and get the 700 for the living room eventually.

Decent soundbar

Being an owner of a Bose Cinemate 130 system and several other Bose products, I was hopeful that this soundbar would produce a similar experience. I found it to be a decent set up, but eventually returned it in favor of the Sony 900F soundbar that has similar performance at about half the price.
