The sound quality is, incomparable. However, Bose totally missed the mark with the sound bar. The set up process is absolutely horrible and it is extremely difficult, almost impossible to connect the sound bar to your Wi-Fi. I have tried over and over again, spent countless hours on the phone with bose technicians, with no success. They claim it is issues with their server, but they can’t provide a resolution. So my advice is, don’t get scammed and don’t waste your money

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with getting the soundbar connected to your WiFi. I'll be happy to help! I would recommend resetting your soundbar by unplugging it from 30 seconds and plugging it back in. Then trying to set it up again. This thing should have never wore that name: The sound is mediocre at best. I have the sub hooked up to it as well. I’m now taking it back to the store and looking at the Sonos equipment.
