    I returned this after 3 weeks. It would not sync well with my Samsung TV's ARC HDMI. I could not get Alexa or bluetooth to connect consistently. It was so expensive I returned it while I still good. Cannot recommend.

      Hi bobc,
      I'm sorry to hear of the issues you seem to be having with the set up of the Soundbar 500 and that these issues have caused you to return it.
      We have seen much success in a HDMI reset with ARC issues. This consists of unplugging the soundbar and TV for 30 seconds, then plugging in the soundbar. Select the TV source and then plug in the TV. I am confident this would have resolved your issue.
      Alexa and Bluetooth connections are more difficult to troubleshoot and we would recommend getting in contact with our team to assist you further.

    At the moment, I can't tell if I like it or not. It was quite expensive. The sound does feel very full but has no bass whatsoever. I would recommend this for a small apartment but idk if its a good deal when combing with the subwoofer and the sound bar. It cost's nearly $1000.
