So something really wierd happened to me with this speaker. I ordered online and picked up in the store. After opening the speaker I noticed the rubber skin was very loose and twisted to where the charging port and 3.5mm jack didnt line up. I didnt think anything of it and the speaker worked great for about 4 days. After that it would connect and tell me it was connected but there was no sound. After exchanging it the second one I received appeared far better out of the box and is working great so far. Its almost as if it was a repackaged used speaker. Working like it is now it is 5 star worthy. I only gave it 4 because of that issue. Thank you Best Buy for the great customer service!!

I was worried that a somewhat compact bluetooth speaker would lack the fidelity of a larger wired speaker. I was wrong. I noticed no sound difference between a bluetooth connection and using a wired connection from my phone. The speaker can sometimes be a little base heavy, but nothing too dramatic. The rubber skin means you won't drop it when you carry it from place to place. I primarily use this in the kitchen, and I was able to have a phone call while I cooked and then cleaned my meal, with the oven fan and sink running.
