After listening to this speaker in the store I was sold, it seemed like a nice portable speaker with good sound quality at a reasonable price. When I got home I plugged it in and nothing happened. After looking up various "fixes" online I still have no luck. It will not charge/turn on. All I've gotten it to do is say "Battery Low". I was disappointed to say the least as I thought it was going to be a great speaker. Taking it back as I found a lot of other people with the same issue. I don't think troubleshooting should be remotely necessary right after purchasing an item. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because it did sound great in the store and I love the size of it.

I purchased two different brands prior and returned them because of the sound. This set up was super easy and worth the money. I was a little hesitant because I purchased the older version of this years back. The charger part stopped working. Hopefully it doesn’t happen with this box.

Stay with Bose forever!!!!!
