I bought this speaker as a gift to myself for Christmas 2018. The sound button did not work throughout the 3 months I owned it. I had to turn it up and down with my phone's output volume. in April it was sitting on top of my computer and was bumped off and fell a total of 16 inches. That was it. It broke and would not turn on again. I was really unhappy with this. I called Bose and they ran through some ways that they could get it back working. None worked. So they immediately said they would exchange it for a new one. I sent my old one in with a pre-paid UPS label they sent me. They said the whole exchange would take 10 days. It only took 3 for them to send me my new speaker. This replacement works as intended and the volume goes up and down as designed. The sound quality is excellent and can fill up a large room. I have it in my office and people complement me on the sound all the time. The lows and highs are perfect.

The sound is pretty good on this speaker. We have two now. Unfortunately, both of them have issues with charging. We have gone through several plugs with not any improvement.

This portable speaker is great. I use it at night to sleep, then take it outside to listen to music on my back porch. Its bluetooth connects easily. The only drawback is that Bose does NOT produce good apps for their products.

We take this speaker everywhere! The only downfall is that you can’t skip songs on the speaker itself, only through your phone. Other than that, it’s quality is great and the sound is amazing!

Nice speaker use it around the house inside and out bought an wireless adaptor will try using it this summer for out door movies. FIVE stars I am having problems with Best Buy website.

Purchases this for my son for Christmas as he always had cheap portable speakers that stop working after a week. He loves it! Sound is of great quality for a small speaker like this.

I went with Bose due to history and it paid off. Sounds great and easy to set up. Waited for it to be on sale so win-win. Used it 5-6 times with no problems. Hopefully it will continue in time.

I really enjoy this speaker, I've listened to many portable speakers for some time now, without being able to pick one. This was great on the road in my car that has bad speakers, just hooked it up to Spotify from my phone, cranked up the volume and really enjoyed it on my 5 hour drive! Good bass, it's not perfect but for the price and size, I think it's a real winner!

Reasonably good sound quality portable speakers. Microphone feature is handy when attending calls. Noticed a mild hissing sound (possible mic feedback) at times even when audio is not playing. Overall happy with my choice.

Good sound! Saves my iPad music player and it goes throughout the house...is handy to carry all over the house to plug into my iPad. Good sound for a good price.

Love love BOSE products, This is my 3rd speaker that I bought from them. One for me and the others for my family members. Such a small speaker with loud and amazing sound.

I bought a speaker for me and this blue one for a gift. I have other ones with lights but the battery doesn’t last for a long time this Bose-soundLink speaker does last for a long time.

I purchased this product for personal, desktop music and blogs. I reviewed this product and the more expensive Bose speaker. I found this lower-priced Bose to be as good as the more expensive, and this has proven true as I've used it. Great product!

It is a small speaker, for size and price it works quite well. I read some reviews on battery life getting bad over time, guess that is something i would have to wait and see. So far so good.

Bose does it again. I love, love it and enjoy the sound. This is my third Bose product and all are equally good. If you enjoy good quality sound this has got to be your choice as well.
