It wouldn't charge and was completely DEAD. Youtube had a fix through Bose URL. Downloaded the upgrade all is working great. Why would Bose sell something with BAD firmware? BTW this small speaker has the BEST SOUND.

Who isn’t happy about receiving a Bose Bluetooth speaker?! The reaction alone is worth it. Quality product with quality sound, period!

I like the product so far. It does turns off on its own sometimes which is bothersome though manageable. The sound is great!

This system has great sound and options for such a small price. It does not compare to the larger bose systems, but for the price, it is great for moderately sized rooms.

Bose always makes a good sound quality product but this has some issues with connection Bluetooth and powering on for no reason after one week of having. The sound is great no doubt but not loving the quirks!

Great speaker, the sound quality is unmatched and the durability is awesome. Good for beach trips hiking camping or just hanging around the house. Can easily fill a crowded room and get the party going

Bought this for my garage/workshop and it is just enough sound for the room. Good all around sound. Battery is good i guess. I dont really leave it unplugged that much

This speaker delivers outstanding sound quality in a portable size. Although it is small, the Bose quality rings loud and clear.

Great sound. Could be louder but for the size, it does sound great. Will get a bigger one for louder sound but good buy

I love the speaker. It is very loud and clear. The only thing is that the battery only last til 8 hours and it’s hard to carry because no handle but other than that I love the sound.

I’ve bought 3 of these in the past 3 months. I couldn’t recommend Bose more. Definitely produces the best sound of any company out there.

I can carry the speakers anywhere, Sounds as good as it can for the size. I can bring it in the shower and not worry about the steam because its waterproof!

Great sound. Stays connected. I use to listen to music and use it for video conference as speaker and microphone. It does excellent.

I've been wanting a Bose Bluetooth speaker for quite some time and finally decided to purchase one. Very easy to set up and gives excellent stereo sound. Quite happy with my purchase.

The speaker has a great sound for a small reunion outside or inside. But for the price is fair enough Like all the Bose products has the fidelity. The only issue I could find on this device is that it doesn't stay once you stop using it, and the battery needs to be recharged every other day or so.

I must say that I'm in love with these speaker , is loud and clear. I have been using it everyday...worth every penny
