However, the old axiom, "you get what you pay for" could not be more true when it comes to this type of expenditure! Nothing comes close to the quality of both sound and value when it comes to these speakers! Bose knows great sound in a small package!

Won't charge/turn on right after buying

After listening to this speaker in the store I was sold, it seemed like a nice portable speaker with good sound quality at a reasonable price. When I got home I plugged it in and nothing happened. After looking up various "fixes" online I still have no luck. It will not charge/turn on. All I've gotten it to do is say "Battery Low". I was disappointed to say the least as I thought it was going to be a great speaker. Taking it back as I found a lot of other people with the same issue. I don't think troubleshooting should be remotely necessary right after purchasing an item. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because it did sound great in the store and I love the size of it.
