I had the original sound link for about 6 years. It still works fine. But I wanted to upgrade and I can say I'm not disappointed one bit. Great bang for your buck! Fits perfect in my work bag or carry on.

So much sound packed in such a tiny vessel! I love my speaker. Can connect multiple devices at a time. I never miss a notification while listening to my ebooks or music. Great quality!

Good sound and holds the quality at higher volume. Small enough to put in an out of the way spot to play while working or place out on a table while talking and visiting with friends or family. The battery holds up well. Only draw back is it seems to have more of a directional sound than omnidirectional sound.

Got it for free because my company reimburses cell phone accessories. Haven't used it.

I love it! It has a clear sound and it's perfect for travel or desktop. You can move it from room to room, or outside by the pool with ease. I highly recommend it!

Sounds great but when you turn it on you must manually select which device is going to be heard. It always defaults to my iPhone. That means its plugged into the TV but I have to change it every-time I turn on the tv.

Awesome, works great and sounds wonderful. I can have this at one end of the house and hear it on the other side. Looking forward to summer and using it outdoors.

My husband got my older Bose Soundlink while i got the new one. Great, compact sound.

I am a bit of a bluetooth audio junkie... audiophile? I've tried many dozens of bluetooth speakers (ultra-portable, portable, and tabletop), headsets, and more recently, earbuds. I first bought the original SoundLink Mini 4 or 5 years ago... and have bought many, many competitive offerings. In this ultraportable range, very good ones are from Bang & Olufsen (A1, A2 and P6). Surprisingly bad ones are from Bowers & Wilkins (T7) and KEF (Gravity One). Mediocrity resounds with Bose's own successor to the Mini, the Revolve and Revolve+, as well as the little brother of my all-around, all-time favorite bluetooth speaker, the Klipsch KMC-3 - the Klipsch Groove.

I use this for classroom and all things. It travels great and the battery is great.

Great sound and value! I own two, so I can make use of the party mode and pair them both with my smartphone! I listen to Pandora and stream videos! Living up to the quality I have come to expect from Bose!

Reasonably clear, good sound. Relatively quick to link to smart phone. One issue is the "soft" press loud/soft push point. I found it chooses it's own levels, jumping from soft to loud uncontrollably. Not easy to refine the sound. For my part, a bit disappointing, for the price.

Pros: Great sound quality, portable, good material, very easy to use. Cons: Bluetooth connection, naturally, can get spotty depending on how far away your paired devices are. Sometimes, but not often, the speaker either doesn't power on or doesn't charge, requiring a quick connection to the charger or a complete reset (holding the power button and options button simultaneously for a while), respectively. The most abysmal thing about this speaker in my experience is the battery life. Drainage can be slowed if you don't regularly use Bluetooth (the speaker supports a 3.5mm jack as an alternative), and if you turn it off immediately before you go idle. This is absolutely not a speaker to leave on without use unless you have it charged at all times, and while that is to be expected with wireless speakers, I would've liked to see a much better battery life. Verdict: Cons may outweigh the pros, but as long as you know what you're getting into, it is definitely a good speaker. I just wish I didn't pay $130 for it when there were many other options.

Great over all Bose Portable Speaker! I got this for my birthday from my wife and it has been providing me with great sound and the battery life is super long as well. Awesome product!

Amazing sound out of this small speaker. I would definitely buy a second one. Links via bluetooth or with an auxiliary cord. I picked this one up on sale open box and saved myself about 20 dollars.
