I ordered online and picked up in the store. After opening the speaker I noticed the rubber skin was very loose and twisted to where the charging port and 3.5mm jack didnt line up. I didnt think anything of it and the speaker worked great for about 4 days. After that it would connect and tell me it was connected but there was no sound. After exchanging it the second one I received appeared far better out of the box and is working great so far. Its almost as if it was a repackaged used speaker. Working like it is now it is 5 star worthy. I only gave it 4 because of that issue. Thank you Best Buy for the great customer service!!

Great, but stopped charging.

Had to return it within the 15 day window but STILL waiting for my refund after 2 weeks. But i will still purchase another one cuz they are so good. Love that they are water resistant.
