Not as good as it used to be

And its redesign seems cheaper than the prior one. The soft top buttons cause it to be turned off unintentionally when moving or placing a phone on top of it. The bluetooth seems to unconnected itself, which I never had happen in the one I owned before. Overall still a good speaker. But with all the competition I may have sought out a different one had I known this one had changed.

Won't charge/turn on right after buying

After listening to this speaker in the store I was sold, it seemed like a nice portable speaker with good sound quality at a reasonable price. When I got home I plugged it in and nothing happened. After looking up various "fixes" online I still have no luck. It will not charge/turn on. All I've gotten it to do is say "Battery Low". I was disappointed to say the least as I thought it was going to be a great speaker. Taking it back as I found a lot of other people with the same issue. I don't think troubleshooting should be remotely necessary right after purchasing an item. Only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because it did sound great in the store and I love the size of it.

Stay with Bose forever!!!!!
