It was such a big hit, my sister-in-law wanted one and so did my other brother's girl friend and both of them got one. Needless to say, all these women, had a very Merry Christmas. I unfortunately got the first one from another company because they had it on sale. Theirs did not hold the charge so I had to send it back. I should have known better and got it from Best Buy. I love your PSP plan and yes I bought it with the replacement one for my parents. Thanks Best Buy!!!

It’s ok, not exactly what I expect from Bose
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchase 2 of these, the sound is good (as expected and for a wireless speaker) but we have had to exchange them both. The batteries are horrible. they don’t last the 7 hours it says it should. And when the battery dies out if you don’t charge it immediately (because you don’t use it everyday) the battery loses it charging capability and won’t charge again. We replaced them and now we keep them plugged when not in use which can ruin the batteries anyway. Slightly disappointed, as we have been loyal Bose costumers for a long time. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend these speakers.

We're sorry that you have experienced these issues. However, we do not recommend that you constantly leave your speakers on charge as this will affect the charging cycles or the speaker.
You should not be having such problem where the speaker will not charge again. If you do experience this, I would strongly urge you to get in contact with our Technical Support so we can investigate this further.
