STAY CONNECTED

The speaker has great sound, however, it will not stay connected. Also you will need to charge the battery prior to set up which is normal of any new device. I really want to love this device but it’s a NO for me. I’m stuck with it though.

Stopped working period after 14 days

I went through various attempts to fix it; resets after finding instructions online, troubleshooting via Bose website, and also a chat online which was a waste of time. During chat with Bose rep, after waiting and giving alll of my info I got disconnected. Basically spent a LOT of time trying to resolve the issue to no avail. Luckily I realized today is the last day to return it, so I will do that. Before buying, search online: Bose Soundlink Color II will not turn on or charge. This issue was not resolvable despite following all instructions. Buyer Beware.

This product comes with a 1 year warranty with Bose in the US/CA, which is designed for moments where troubleshooting has not been successful.
