Bought a pair based on some home shopping network demonstration of stereo bluetooth speakers as a gift for my wife, couldn't be more disappointed, my wife rejected them, now they sit dormant. So many things that are wrong with this product. 1) Advertised as compatible with Amazon Echo Show 5 devices, but they forget to tell you if you have Amazon Music, you can only pair ONE speaker, thus never achieve stereo. 2) Stereo speakers can only be achieved through use of a BOSE app on your phone, thus you can only have stereo via your phone, not if you pair wirelessly to your computer. 3) BOSE offers some magical mystical keypresses on the speaker top to achieve stereo pairing not through their app. Nobody in their right mind would want to endure this just to have stereo work. 4) The volume settings are horrible, if you pair a speaker to the Echo Show 5, it's very hard to get control of the sound, as it appears to be a function of both the Echo Show volume and the speaker volume. A nightmare! 5) Brain-dead dumb as a doornail app. Every time you have to start it up paired to a single speaker, then request it to "discover" nearby speakers, then request it to "pair" (party mode) to the same second BOSE speaker, repeatedly. Sure this is fine to do one, but NOT every time you want to have sound. 6) The sharing of speakers across devices is a nightmare. The last phone that had the speakers seems to own them, so if my wife was using them with her phone, I can't after that--unless she is there to relinquish them. 7) The button controls on top of the speaker are really not easy to work with. Sure on the infomercial they were, but in real life they are hard to press and a terrible unfriendly interface designed by engineers, not anyone who cares about a simple user experience. 8) Compared to wifi the whole bluetooth experience seems so crude and inferior. With my phone, I set it to automatically connect to wifi networks, and it just WORKS. With bluetooth you have to every time manually discover devices just to work with them. Nobody in their right mind wants to do this each and every time you want to use a speaker. And go through the BOSE nightmare product designed experience to achieve stereo. IMO 99% of this is on BOSE it's as if their product designers achieved the most basic implementation, and stopped there. No concern for ease of use. Nobody in their right mind wants to go through such a convoluted experience just to get sound. I don't if other bluetooth stereo products are similarly brain-dead, but I would definitely recommend to avoid anything from BOSE in this area.

I should have shopped around some more to make sure the sound on the speaker would be to my expectations or enough sound coming from the speaker. I feel like I rushed into purchasing the Bose Speaker. I am slightly dissatisfied. Also, there are no additional volume adjustments, such as base and/or treble.

Expected more from Bose on this personally it wasn’t loud enough the sound quality is good but that’s if you want to sit in a room or office playing music for yourself seems to lack once you go up in volume could just be me tho ?

Disclaimer- I’m not a pro, I just found this camera great for kids soccer games, camping trips and family pics. I can’t wait to learn more about all of the functions. I love the WiFi feature, I can load photos on my iPad directly.

Not as loud as I expected based on the company it comes from. If you want something for true outdoor or on the go get something different. Works great though and easy to set up. I still love it but just wished it was louder.
