No more putting CD's in my player I can play direct from my I tunes. Only one problem there is no charging cable, this I had to buy. Crazy, usually anything you buy has a charging cord.

It wouldn’t turn on or charge. Fortunately it was still under warranty and Best Buy replaced it, otherwise I would have had to go through Bose.

I can't say much more about it. It didn't wow me as much as my JBL but I am not upset. It really depends on the type of music you listen to; therefore, I would recommend it to the right users.

Issues Charging - Not Worth the Hassle.

Overall the sound is ok for a small portable speaker. However, I am on my second model due to issues with the connection with the charging cord, and having the same issue again. Sometimes I can get the USB cord to connect, and sometimes, I cannot. I expect better from Bose. I did give an extra star as their customer service is exemplary - they replaced the first one immediately.

We're happy you're enjoying the sound of the speaker. When plugging the charging cable into the speaker. Please make sure that you're inserting it in the correct way. Also check to you're fully inserting the cable. You can also try using another cable to make sure it's not the cable.

Nice looking speaker, great sound, but ..

My Surface Pro found it but I can't get a connection (no trouble shooting directions). I was hoping it would be as simple as my iphone (I'll have to call or go in to Best Buy for help) if I could connect it would probably be an excellent rating.
