Issues Charging - Not Worth the Hassle.

Overall the sound is ok for a small portable speaker. However, I am on my second model due to issues with the connection with the charging cord, and having the same issue again. Sometimes I can get the USB cord to connect, and sometimes, I cannot. I expect better from Bose. I did give an extra star as their customer service is exemplary - they replaced the first one immediately.

We're happy you're enjoying the sound of the speaker. When plugging the charging cable into the speaker. Please make sure that you're inserting it in the correct way. Also check to you're fully inserting the cable. You can also try using another cable to make sure it's not the cable.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The big "but" to this great speaker is this: When it discharges completely it then, when reconnected to the charger, automatically tries connecting to Bluetooth. Then you have to press the button to get it back. And while driving sometimes. So you inevitably hit the wrong buttons trying to quickly, safely get it back. Can you say insane?

Great Sound, Awful Battery.

The only downfall was the battery life. I have to take the charger almost everywhere I go because it will die. Even with the battery on "high" charge, it only lasts about 2 hours.
