In addition to this there is a problem because it tries to connect without being turned on. I plan to contact Bose to see if i can be returned

It's alright, mediocre at best.

This speaker is not loud enough at the highest setting. My TV built-in speakers are much louder than this speaker.

Disappointed, but Good Sound Quality

This one pairs with the laptop's Blue Tooth, but you can't use the speaker's volume controls, which rather defeats the purpose of having it. However, the sound quality is good.
