It dies fairly fast even after a full charge. I expected the volume to go higher. Don't get me wrong it has great sound as all Bose Products but overall pretty dissappointed.

Best buy promptly replaced with new one but with different color which is working satisfactory till date. Sound quality is good. Over all Good speaker with clarity.

Stoped charging/ operating December 22, 2019. Just over 3 months old and this product stopped working. The return policy has lapsed. Now I’m forced to go through the manufactures warranty. When you buy a Quality product like Bose you expect this product to function and operate better then most others. I’m disappointed that I can’t enjoy the product.

It didn't come with a USB power plug. I guess Bose thinks everyone has plenty of them laying around... you can never find one at my house!

There’s some music you just wanna have that in that makes you move. Unfortunately when they made the newer models they must’ve left that part out.
