Would Not Buy Again

It however has been very annoying to set up. It constantly beeps. It won't come out of set up mode. Consitently asks what language to use after set up several times. We still have not been able to use it but most Bose products have superior sound. Just hope I do not have to return this item during the pandemic.

Sound is OK, nothing special, not loud at all. Wanted to use it on the boat but it's not loud enough and it keeps falling over, due to its shape. Worst part, the charging port is pretty much broken, stopped working few months after purchase. Need to wiggle the cable and give it a special touch for it to be charging. Not sure how much longer it will last.

The SoundLink Color II is a result of Bose engineering, so it’s packed with exclusive technologies. Like the dual opposing passive radiators, which help it pump out sound while keeping vibrations to an absolute minimum. It’s how we make a speaker that rocks your world without moving an inch. Your speaker may be facing balance issues by the movement of your boat. This is a great use for your product though by the water resistant silicone body.
As for your concerns with the charging port. Have you tried an alternate charging cable? We'll happily take a look into this with you, reach out to your local Bose product support team, an agent will be glad to ensure your charging port is up to standard.
