Easy to connect my phone, but the sound quality is awful and nothing like I would have expected from Bose. I actually think the speaker is blown in this right out of the box. It crackles, it is not loud and at that price point there is little to no value. I have a $30 portable speaker that sounds much better. I was looking for something to put near my pool this will not be the speaker for me. I think all pony up the extra money and get a higher quality unit as this is going back to the store as defective.
